Born and raised in between Long Island and Queens New York- Home of the legendary rappers Rakim, Biz Markie, EPMD, Keith Murray, Dela Soul, Big Daddy Kane, Busta Rhymes, Roxanne Shante, Run DMC, Kool G Rap, Mc Shan, LL Cool J, Public Enemy, Kid 'n Play, Salt N Pepa, Mob Deep, A Tribe Called Quest, Lost Boyz, Onyx, Akinyele, Positive K, Craige G, The Beat Nuts, Channel Live, Cormega, Canibus, Jarule, BlackSheep, Nicki Minaj, Capone N Noreaga, 5O Cent, and Nas. Terrell Fure's role models were artist list Papa son, Ninja Man, Mad Cobra, Shabba Ranks, Super Cat, Shaggy, Buju Banton, Bounty Killer, Beenie Man, Capelton, Spragga Benz, Major Mackeral, Louie Culture, Terror Fabulous, Bob Marley, Garnet Silk, Cocoa Tea, Barrington Levy, Beres Hammond, Sanchez, Wayne Wonder, Frisco Kid, Ghost, General B, general Degree and the list goes on. Following the lead of such greatness, the talented young artist performed a host of back yard house parties, basement house parties, local talent shows, and clashed several local reggae artist which then he created a huge buzz. Landing him getting interviewed and his music played on local radio stations.
As a youth, Terrell Fure's passion for reggae began as a dancer who's moves were taught by then his mother's boyfriend named Sprocket. Sprocket would freestyle and create his own reggae dances while dancehall music would play from his sound system. Terrell Fure' then would follow his lead also adding his own twist as he danced while crowds of people watched in admiration- As a teenager while then growing into a songwriter/Artist he was mentored by another dancehall reggae artist named Dreadful who has now passed on. Dreadful taught Terrell Fure' the sound of quality material, he always kept him on his toes and lyrically sharp.
